The biggest hassle was figuring out how to ftp files to my godaddy.com account, something I have done before, by the way. Eventually I found the place to reset the ftp password, and after several attempts where the results page never stopped loading, got a message that the change was submitted and would become available within 30 minutes. 30 minutes to reset a password!!! Not a good customer experience.
